The Kansas City Chiefs have reached an agreement to send outside linebacker Dee Ford to the San Francisco 49ers for a second-round pick in the 2020 NFL draft, a source tells Yahoo Sports. The Chiefs recently placed the franchise tag on Ford, who emerged as one of the NFL’s best pass rushers in 2018.
