Rider In Insane California Freeway Jump Critically Injured In Another Stunt

It was awfully hard not to be impressed by 24-year old motocross biker Kyle Katsandris, who wowed the internet (the police, not so much) by jumping over the 60 freeway in Riverside County, California last month. Unfortunately, Katsandris pulled another jump stunt this weekend, and it didn’t go well. At all.

The Spurs Forced Overtime On A Beautifully Designed In-Bounds Play

Down two against the Grizzlies with just 2.7 seconds remaining, you’d probably expect the Spurs to try and get the ball into Kawhi Leonard’s hands. That’s what the Grizzlies thought too, so when LaMarcus Aldridge screened Leonard’s man, Wayne Selden, his defender, Brandan Wright, went with Leonard too. That was a…

Desperate NFL Puts Shitty Thursday Night Games On Website Belonging To Washington Post Owner

Cowboys QB Tony Romo retiring, replacing Phil Simms at CBS (Yahoo Sports)

FILE - In this Aug. 1, 2016, file photo, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo takes to reporters at the end of practice in Oxnard, Calif. A person with knowledge of the decision says Romo is retiring rather than trying to chase a Super Bowl with another team after losing his starting job with the Dallas Cowboys. The all-time passing leader for the storied franchise is headed to the broadcast booth after considering those offers. The person spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity Tuesday, April 4, 2017, because Romo's decision hasn't been announced. (AP Photo/Gus Ruelas, File)

Tony Romo couldn’t bring himself to use the word ”retired” and didn’t have an answer for whether he would have decided to replace another former quarterback in Phil Simms as lead analyst for CBS if he hadn’t lost his starting job in Dallas. This much Romo did know: Teams were interested in him continuing his chase for an elusive Super Bowl, and he couldn’t pass up a chance to go straight from the field to a No. 1 booth with Emmy Award-winning play-by-play man Jim Nantz. ”It reminds me of my rookie year where you really don’t know anything,” Romo said.
