Head of authority overseeing Vikings stadium resigns

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) The chairwoman of the authority overseeing the Minnesota Vikings’ stadium resigned Thursday after weeks of criticism over the questionable use of luxury suites by officials’ family and friends.
