Bilbao defender Alvarez to undergo chemotherapy on testicle

BILBAO, Spain (AP) Athletic Bilbao says defender Yeray Alvarez will undergo chemotherapy after tests revealed an anomaly in a testicle that had previously been treated for a tumor.
