A's promote top prospect INF Barreto, put Pinder on DL

CHICAGO (AP) The Oakland Athletics have promoted infielder Franklin Barreto from Triple-A Nashville and placed infielder Chad Pinder on the 10-day disabled list with a left hamstring strain.
