No. 1 Duke pulls away to beat Portland State 99-81

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) Trevon Duval had 22 points and top-ranked Duke pulled away for a 99-81 victory over surprisingly tenacious Portland State on Thursday to open the Phil Knight Invitational.
