Tyron Smith, kicker Bailey return for Cowboys vs Chargers

ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) Four-time Pro Bowl left tackle Tyron Smith is active along with kicker Dan Bailey for the Dallas Cowboys in their Thanksgiving game against the Los Angeles Chargers.
