Iowa State to play Liberty Bowl without Cotton-Moya, Edwards

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) Iowa State will be missing defensive backs Kamari Cotton-Moya and Evrett Edwards for the Liberty Bowl against No. 19 Memphis on Saturday.
