Bills QB Allen hurts elbow; Peterman picked twice

The Bills lost rookie quarterback Josh Allen to an elbow injury. Nathan Peterman came on in relief and threw one touchdown and two interceptions, including a pick-six, in Buffalo’s loss to Houston.
