Lightning recall denfenseman Jan Rutta, assign Mathieu Joseph to Syracuse

The Tampa Bay Lightning have recalled 6-foot-3, 200-pound defenseman Jan Rutta from the Syracuse Crunch and assigned forward Mathieu Joseph to Syracuse.
