Urban Meyer: Loser of Washington State vs. Utah 'is out' of Pac-12 title picture

With Washington State and Utah both coming off of Week 4 losses, Urban Meyer said whoever falls in their Saturday matchup will essentially be eliminated from Pac-12 title contention.
