Ex-Browns OC Haley says melee falls on Kitchens

Former Browns offensive coordinator Todd Haley doesn’t view Thursday’s melee that got Myles Garrett indefinitely suspended as a “fluke” incident, telling SiriusXM that it “falls squarely” on coach Freddie Kitchens.
