Short-handed Raiders lose RB Jacobs, RT Brown

Oakland Pro Bowl right tackle Trent Brown will miss the rest of the season with a pectoral injury, while rookie running back Josh Jacobs’ shoulder fracture will keep him out Sunday, as the Raiders meet the Chargers.
