The No. 1 Purdue Boilermakers took on the No. 24 Ohio State Buckeyes in Columbus. Ohio State got off to a hot start in the first half led by Brice Sensabaugh. Purdue would close the gap with clutch three-point shooting to only have a three-point deficit going into the half. The game was back-and-forth in the second half. A costly turnover by Ohio State late in the game led to Fletcher Loyer’s go-ahead three pointer which would seal the game. Zach Edey finished with 16 points and 11 boards while Brice Sensabaugh finished with 21 points and five rebounds.
