Shohei Ohtani has torn UCL, won't pitch again in 2023, Angels say

Shohei Ohtani, the clear front-runner for the 2023 AL MVP award, has a torn ulnar collateral ligament, the Angels announced Wednesday night. He will not pitch again this season.
