Colts scratch RB Taylor, unsure on Richardson

The Colts are dealing with a number of injuries ahead of Sunday’s game against the Jaguars, as RB Jonathan Taylor (ankle) has been ruled out and quarterback Anthony Richardson’s status is questionable.
