Bob Quinn made his first draft-day trade as Detroit Lions general manager, and it just so happened to be with his old team, the New England Patriots. The Lions traded down from the No. 85 pick in the third round, exchanging third-round picks with the Patriots (No. 96 overall) and adding Pick No. 124 in the fourth round. Quinn did not make any draft-day trades in his first year as Lions GM last year. He did, however, consummate two other trades with the Patriots organization he spent 16 seasons with.
