Cowboys RB Dowdle falls ill, ruled out vs. 49ers

The Cowboys will be without leading rusher Rico Dowdle for Sunday’s game vs. the 49ers because of an illness, leaving the team with Ezekiel Elliott and Dalvin Cook.
