Packers can't recoup any of Bennett's bonus

After an independent arbitrator denied the Packers’ attempt to recoup part of Martellus Bennett’s signing bonus, the team must count the remaining $4.2 million of Bennett’s pro-rated bonus on their 2018 salary cap.
