Tulowitzki to have surgery on bone spurs in both heels

TORONTO (AP) Blue Jays shortstop Troy Tulowitzki will have surgery Monday to remove bone spurs from both heels and is expected to miss eight weeks, general manager Ross Atkins said Friday.
