Texans' Hopkins played through shoulder sprain

DeAndre Hopkins played the second half of the Texans’ season-ending loss to Seattle with a sprained shoulder. Hopkins suffered the injury in the first half of Houston’s 21-7 loss in an AFC wild-card game.
