Duke beat Elon, but who cares. We’re all here for Grayson Allen getting T’d up for tripping an opponent (his third such tripping incident in the calendar year), having a mini-meltdown about it, the ensuing pile-on of Coach K, and everyone waking up this morning to the news that Duke has indefinitely suspended Allen, effective immediately.

Iowa Refuses To Shake Hands After North Dakota, Down By 11, Tries Buzzer-Beater

With the Hawkeyes up by 11 with three seconds to play, there was no question about who was going to win tonight’s game between Iowa and North Dakota. But North Dakota forward Drick Bernstine stole the ball and tried to beat the buzzer with a little jumper anyway, and Iowa coach Fran McCaffrey was not happy. So unhappy that he walked off the court immediately, and his players followed—leaving North Dakota hanging as they waited to shake hands.

Kentucky Downs North Carolina Thanks To Miracle Freshman Malik Monk

Malik Monk’s three-pointer with 17 seconds remaining gave Kentucky the lead for good in the Wildcats’ lightning-fire matchup against North Carolina, as the freshman phenom finished with 47 points in leading his team to a 103-100 win over the Tar Heels.
