Keidel: Perhaps Best Attribute Marshall Brings To Giants Is His Hunger

In the whirlwind of NFL free agency, it’s almost impossible to give grades to the myriad moves of 32 teams. Unless a team literally lands a Hall of Famer in his relative prime, as the Packers once did with Reggie White, the impact is more nuanced. But since one of our local clubs did sign a player

Dalvin Tomlinson “wants to be able to play like” fellow d-lineman Snacks Harrison

The New York Giants lost defensive tackle Johnathan Hankins to free agency. It appeared the team would look to Jay Bromley or Robert Thomas to replace him. That was before Alabama’s Dalvin Tomlinson was selected in the second round of the 2017 NFL Draft. AROUND COVER32 This Week in NFL History: This

Pugh expects to stay at LG, hopes to cash in during free agency

New York Giants guard Justin Pugh said he expects to stay at left guard in the 2017 season as he enters the final year of his rookie contract. “I’m not working anywhere else, but I know that if they need me to play tackle, I can play tackle,” Pugh told NJ.com’s Dan Duggan. “And I know if they ask our tackles to play guard, they can play guard. That’s the thing with the Giants’ offensive linemen: They’re always willing to step up and do whatever it takes to win because this is a team that can go and make some noise once we get into the playoffs.” Pugh, 26, is entering the final year of his rookie deal after New York picked up his fifth-year option worth $8.8 million. A first-round pick in 2013,

What Giants rookie Davis Webb said to get off to a bad start with Eli Manning

Eli Manning cringed at how his new understudy first greeted him on the phone. The New York Giants potentially drafted Eli Manning’s eventual replacement last weekend. The Giants selected Davis Webb in Round 3, and though Webb needs work and Manning shouldn’t worry about him this season, there could be a debate at some point — say, in two or three seasons — about Webb being the next in line at QB.

Eli Manning takes high road after New Jersey governor Chris Christie calls him a “liar”

Eli Manning finally responded to accusations that he knowingly was involved in a “conspiracy to defraud collectors by pawning off phony game-worn gear as the real deal”. Manning is as angry as he’s ever been in his public life. “It is one thing to write about my football or my play but when you are attacking my integrity, it definitely makes me angry,” Manning said.

Eli Manning Asked Giants Equipment Manager For Helmets "That Can Pass As Game Used"

Brandon Marshall Signs With The Giants, And It's Good For All Involved

Brandon Marshall is staying in North Jersey. Newsday’s Kimberley A. Martin this morning reported that Marshall, the recently released but still-more-than-able wide receiver, has agreed move his stuff some 30 miles east by signing with the Giants. Which means Eli Manning now has Odell Beckham Jr., Sterling Shepard, and…

Deion Sanders Fondly Recalls That Time He Owned The Giants At The NFL Combine

Deion Sanders was picked fifth overall by the Atlanta Falcons in the 1989 NFL draft. Four of the first five picks ended up in the Hall Of Fame (word to Tony Mandarich), but even though it was a spectacular draft, there was no way Sanders was going to make it past the very top of the draft order. Dude put up what was…

Odell Beckham Jr. Is Furious And Correct

You don’t need me to tell you that Odell Beckham Jr. spending last Monday on a boat with Justin Bieber and Trey Songz didn’t have anything to do with him dropping three passes in yesterday’s loss to the Packers. Even the New York tabloid press, to which a story like Beckham’s is red meat, hasn’t really been up to the…

Giants WRs Flew To Miami For One Hell Of A Party

The Giants’ game against Washington meant literally nothing (except to Washington, which needed a win to make the playoffs and lost, lol), and it appears the receiving corps must’ve been pretty anxious just to get the damn thing over with. Because as soon as it ended, WRs Odell Beckham Jr., Sterling Shepard, Victor Cruz, and Roger Lewis flew down to Miami and maybe haven’t stopped partying yet.

Giants Fall To Eagles After Sloppy Start And Hand NFC East To Cowboys

After falling behind early—the first three series of the night were a Giants three-and-out, an Eagles touchdown and a Giants pick-six—New York still managed to come from behind to make Thursday night’s game competitive. But as the Giants pushed down field for a potential game-winning drive in the final minute of the fourth quarter, Eli Manning had his third interception of the night, and the Eagles won 24-19.

Giants Fined, Have Draft Pick Downgraded For Using Walkie-Talkies

During the fourth quarter of the Giants’ Week 14 win over the Cowboys, Bob McAdoo’s headset malfunctioned, causing him to begin relaying plays to quarterback Eli Mannig via walkie-talkie. The Cowboys complained, the NFL investigated, and now the Giants have been hit with a fairly hefty punishment:

So That's Why Odell Beckham Has Been Training Himself To Be Ambidextrous

The Giants are sitting pretty for a playoff spot after their 17-6 win over the Lions, a victory capped off by another highlight-reel touchdown catch by Odell Beckham Jr. This one-handed grab wasn’t on the level of his snag against the Cowboys two years ago, but the degree of difficulty was upped by the fact that he used his left hand. Beckham’s a righty.

Odell Beckham Jr. Credited With Reception For Obvious Drop

Odell Beckham Jr.’s known for his amazing catches, but nothing he’s accomplished matches the mind-blowing “catch” he made early in today’s Lions-Giants game. Despite being in clear view of an official, OBJ’s drop was declared a catch—and with no challenge flag thrown, the play stands as called.
