Padres score three runs in the 7th, but drop game 1 of doubleheader against Giants

Down 5-1 heading into the bottom of the 7th inning, the San Diego Padres notched three runs, but ultimately fell to the San Francisco Giants, 5-4. Wilmer Flores, Carl Crawford and Mike Yastrzemski each hit a homer in the game.
