Samoa Joe returns as William Regal’s Enforcer of Respect

Karrion Kross opened NXT on Tuesday night to have an official word with William Regal. As Kross confronted Regal, Samoa Joe made his WWE return as the new ‘Enforcer of Respect’ who cannot lay a hand on anyone unless provoked.
