Cowboys CB Kelvin Joseph was in slaying investigation suspect's car but didn't shoot, attorney says

Kelvin Joseph’s attorney says his client “did not shoot” Cameron Ray but added the Cowboys CB was a passenger in a car from which shots were fired.
